On June 5, Grayscale submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to launch the Grayscale Canton ETF.
According to disclosures, the Grayscale Canton ETF is a spot ETF, with specific product details yet to be announced.
