On Monday morning, several high-premium LOFs experienced a pullback, with the global chip LOF hitting the limit down and maintaining a premium of 18%. Guotou Silver LOF saw a drop of over 8% during trading, with its premium rate also exceeding 18%. The market volatility stems from the draft of new delisting regulations for LOFs jointly released by the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges over the weekend, which clearly outlines two scenarios for mandatory delisting, targeting issues such as high-premium speculation, liquidity depletion of mini funds, and price manipulation. Public fund professionals indicated that the expectation of delisting may directly dampen the speculative sentiment for QDII or commodity futures LOFs with currently high premium rates.
