XRP Surpasses Bitcoin with Average Transaction Amount of $86,680
XRP has recorded the highest average transaction amount among the top 10 digital assets by market capitalization. The average transaction amount for XRP is $86,680, exceeding Bitcoin's approximately $14,200 and Ethereum's roughly $3,280. The XRP community claims that this data indicates increased institutional activity on the network. Although the number of transactions for XRP is lower than that of other major blockchain networks, the high average amount per transaction suggests a correlation with large-value transactions. The Crypto Basic reported that this high average transaction size could signal an increase in institutional investment. Additionally, alongside the increase in average transaction size on the XRP Ledger, there has also been a rise in activities related to real assets and stablecoins. According to RWA.xyz data, the XRP Ledger attracted $2.6 billion in new tokenized asset value over the past six months, ranking second among all blockchains. The volume of stablecoin transfers on the XRP Ledger increased by 10.8% over the past 30 days, reaching $4.28 billion, with Ripple's RLUSD accounting for approximately 94% of the network's stablecoin market.
