Uklon has acquired 100% of the corporate rights of the Ukrainian electric scooter operator e-Wings for UAH 97.6 million. The deal was closed on August 7, 2026, marking Uklon's first acquisition through M&A. Following the acquisition, the electric scooter division will operate under the name Uklon Scooters. e-Wings co-founder Roman Motruk will lead the micromobility division at Uklon, while co-founder Oleg Bely will oversee operational activities. More than 20 employees from e-Wings have also transitioned to Uklon. During the transition period, the electric scooter rental service will continue to operate through the e-Wings app in all 11 cities of presence, while Uklon integrates the service into its own app. e-Wings is present in 11 cities, including Lviv and Odesa, with a total fleet of approximately 3,000 electric scooters. Uklon's revenue in the first quarter reached USD 32.9 million, with the total number of rides exceeding 43.7 million.
