Hyperliquid's "Former ZEC Whale" Doubles Down on Long Position, Account's Previous Multi-Million Dollar Unrealized Gain Drops to $1.42 Million

BlockBeats News, November 13, according to Coinbob Popular Address Monitoring, in the past 1 hour, the "Former ZEC Largest Long" whale (0x96e) on Hyperliquid increased its ZEC long position by 5000 coins, increasing the position size to $7.5 million, with an average price of $547. The current price of ZEC is around $500.
This ZEC whale has been accumulating a long position in ZEC since November 3, when ZEC was around $380, using a $2.21 million principal to open a ZEC long position and continuously rolling over. The peak average price reached $555, and the principal doubled to $10.5 million within a week. It was once the largest ZEC long on Hyperliquid, but after the ZEC price decline, it currently ranks second in long positions.
Recently, since ZEC dropped below $600, it has been gradually reducing its position, selling off 40,000 coins of ZEC, and depositing over $500,000 into Hyperliquid as a reserve. The position size has decreased from $37.01 million to around $5 million, recording a loss of approximately $960,000, with the principal falling to $1.42 million.
