Dunamu's youth digital finance education program, 'Upclass Junior', has achieved a 96% satisfaction rate in the first half of the year. The second half of the training schedule will begin on the 18th. 'Upclass Junior' has been operating since May 2022 as part of Upbit's financial education program, 'Upclass', aiming to enhance teenagers' understanding of digital finance. By the end of this year, 41,854 students from 214 schools are expected to receive training. Teachers from 62 schools that participated in the first half of the training rated the necessity of digital finance education an average of 4.9 out of 5, with a satisfaction rate of 96.0%. 98.0% of the teachers who participated in the survey responded that the training contributed to improving students' basic understanding of digital finance. The percentage of students who answered that they knew about digital finance before the training was 13.6%, but this increased to 78.1% after the training. Understanding of 'investment products' rose from 28.7% to 83.5%, while understanding of 'types of financial fraud and prevention' increased from 56.2% to 91.7%. A Dunamu representative stated that the goal of the program is to help youth grow as economic agents.
