Changxin Technology's LPDDR6 R&D Validation Nears Completion

Changxin Storage's LPDDR6 is nearing the end of its R&D validation, marking an important step before mass production. In March of this year, Changxin Technology began actively promoting LPDDR6 products and has already sent samples to core customers, with mass production expected to be achieved in the second half of 2026. The first LPDDR6 product is designed with a specification speed of 12800 Mbps, a basic speed of 10667 Mbps when collaborating with SoCs, a chip capacity of 16Gb, and utilizes a 1295 Ball POP package, featuring significant optimizations in low power design and RAS functionality compared to LPDDR5X.
